Unfortunately the OOS licensing server is down for maintenance and upgrade until 11 UK time on Monday 27th, so you won't be able to do this until then. The process of Offline activation is quite simple, but does need you to be able to access that server, so there's nothing you can do until tomorrow. If it's a new installation it should work in trial mode (5 users, etc) for up to 30 days, of course, so you may be able to use it or at least get it set up with users, TMs etc, whilst waiting for the full license.

Thanks for the answer. Sadly, it's not the first installation and all we can do is wait.
