License deactivation did not work

Hello,

I just tried to deactivate my Trados Studio license and, unfortunately, it didn't work.

I tried to do so online first and received the following error message:

Deactivation failed

Revocation is not allowed for an expired license.

I then tried to deactivate the license offline and received this error message:

An error has occurred.

An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

Please try reloading / refreshing this page.

Can you please help me here.
