The matching is 99 %. But it doesn't create any report document.

Question

Hi! I'm a freelance translator. I used Trados CAT one month. 
 However, only the last work hasn't been completed. 
 The matching was 99%. In this case, no report is sent? 
 My problem is the weblink part. I deleted the hyperlink and did it again. But there has not been improved. 
 I bought Trados and activated today. Still, the problem hasn't been solved yet. 
 Does anyone have the same problem?

 Can you please advise if you are referring to the Progress bar on the project? 
 Do you have any print screen to share just to make sure I understand correctly what are you referring to ? is is something similar to this post - https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/studio/9171/progress-bar-does-not-display-progress-info-correctly ?
