Hello, I already have a license number because of the course I attended at school, but, some days ago I tried to login to my SDL account (SDL trados studio 2019) and, since I did not remember the password I changed it and when I checked the licenses field in my account it was empty. Is there a way I can insert my license number and be able to try the certification exam?

I can see that you are listed under two accounts.
The account that you created a couple of days does not have any orders or certifications exams.
If the certification exams were obtained via the 'universallanguage*******' account, you will need to contact them directly as you are no longer listed as admin.
If however the certification was offered via your uni, you will need to contact them directly please.
