Hello,
We have 3 licences of TRADOS STUDIO and eventhough it seems to be activated, at least on the server it shows that, when users enter a message appears telling the license has expired. But that should never happen because this type of license never expires.
Please, how can we solve that?

Please go on the licensing server > open Safenet License Manager (WlmAdmin) > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server > expand Allow TQA 202 and send me a screenshot.
Please hide any personal data (server name, etc).

From the screenshot it seems that 2 users are connected to the licensing server. Can you confirm if those 2 users can work with Studio?
Is the problem occurring for all users or only for a specific user?

They can work, but sometimes, after certain time the message saying the "license expired" appears. Then they have to close program and lose the job they were doing causing huge problems, due to the loss of time, work and effort.
Problems occur with any user, not always the same.
Please, let us know how to solve it.
