ERROR: An account has already been linked to your organization.

It has been two weeks since I bought the software to speed up my translation work, but I haven't been able to use it yet.

When I bought it, the e-mail address was missing the '.com' . I reported the error and it was corrected by adding another account instead of sending a new one, because it was said that the system would only accept to incorporate another account into the password already created.

I managed to install the software with the new email but when I try to access the ''trados live content'' continues a persistent error asking to enter with the administrator account. I am a freelancer! I just wanted to connect trados with translation automation to speed up my work.

Could someone help? The reseller doesn't know what to do either. I need to work! Thanks.
