Can you provide screenshots that show what is happening?
Is this happening with all projects? or a particular one?
Are the projects being synched with One Drive (or similar)?
If so, if you disable synching, are you able to load the reports?

Hi, problem solved! I removed the report Verify Files from the last project file. Later, I also got a reply from tech support to remove the Studio 16 folder from C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming \ SDL \ SDL Trados Studio. But I did not check this solution.
