Licences activation

I have a trados 2017 profressional licence (SR1 14.1.1001854792). I work in a company (domain) but I am the only one working with trados. I recently changed my laptop and switched from windows 7 to 10. I reactivate the licence and it works fine. But when I am in home office, working with my laptop I've  got a message saying my licence is not activated (trial mode). When I'm back to the company site, no problem. I didn't have this issue with windows 7. 

How to solve this ?
