License is not available

Dear Support,


I have a problem with one of the licenses (the one that starts with eadbeec1).

It has been properly deactivated last Friday (September, 24) from a computer that is no longer in use.
However, the license is still not available for new activation.

Please find attached the message I got once I followed the instructions from the local Support who tried to resolve the issue.
