According to our system you have already installed and activated your license. If you have not done the activation in the free trial, you can simply uninstall it and use your already installed Trados software. If you have activated using the free trial, it has now become your permanent version.

my problem i that i don't know what i have.  it is supposed to be the full version for 2021 but it doesn't show that.  this comes up on the computer but that's not what is supposed to be there.

According to our system, you have activated your perpetual license on Friday. Typically the free trial asks for an activation code upon opening. If this activation code is not required of you when you open the program, I am pretty sure it is the permanent license. You can also check this from Help - About Trados Studio.

what you see above is some version that is quite different from what i see from your documentation (p12 of 78 pages).

and how do i manage the  Trados Studio Setup wizard ?  is it already done or not?

There are a few reasons for this:

1. you are in a completely different view than the one shown on that page.  You are in the files view and the page is in the welcome view.  Try clicking here:
   
2. You probably need to resize some of your windows to make them easier to see.  For example:
   
   
   

Maybe this is where most of your problem is to start with?
