you don’t need to deactivate a licence to reinstall. Maybe it’s worth explaining what problems you are having and also why you cannot deactivate your licence?

I have several problems,ie, I cannot see the serch screen when pressing Ctl+F, I cannot export my TM (these are the most annoying ones)
Can you see the search window in your windows task bar? Perhaps it's behind your open applications, or even on another screen you no longer have attached? These are the typical reasons for this problem.
Have you tried repairing your TM? Perhaps it's corrupt? What exactly happens when you try to export your TM? You can repair, or attempt to repair (if it's badly damaged it may not be possible at all) with this tool:
