I tried to download the 2021 package but the info provided for the website looks differenlt from what i have. on my computer. What I have on my machine shows home-revioew-advanced-view-add ins. But your guide on p12 (of 78) shows a different version. When I check the version of the license, it only shows something that is 10 years old.

ok- a few things here. First of all, you are comparing two different views. The document screenshot you show is based on the "Welcome" view and in your own screenshot you are in the "Files" view of a project. So obviously they look different.
On your licences, the reason you don't see a licence code for 2021 is because you have purchased a subscription licence. Follow the instructions here and you'll be able to see how to activate your product by logging into Trados Studio:
