I tried to download the 2021 package but the info provided for the website looks differenlt from what i have. on my computer. What I have on my machine shows home-revioew-advanced-view-add ins. But your guide on p12 (of 78) shows a different version. When I check the version of the license, it only shows something that is 10 years old.

what is the sdl community email address to look for a reply?
It's your own email address, the one that you use to sign onto this Community website, Your Account (3rd screenshot above for example), etc.
