Licenses disappeared from SDL Account after upgrading from 2017 to 2021

Hello everyone,

Previously I have the licenses for:

- Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus

- Trados Studio 2019 Freelance

Recently I purchased an upgrade "From Studio 2017 Freelance Plus to 2021 Freelance Plus"

Once it done, I checked "Licenses" on my SDL Account and everything is fine (both 2021 freelance plus and 2019 freelance licenses are available).

I downloaded "TradosStudio2021SR1_16.1.8.4404" and installed it on my PC.

When I clicked the SDL Account link on the Studio 2021's welcome screen, both licenses disappeared.

Instead, it showed some old invalid licenses.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated as this is a quite urgent.
