License bought from SDL cannot be found in RWS account

I have two Trados 2015 licenses. I deactivated one license in one computer since I am changing my laptop.

When I try to activate Trados in the new laptop, my license is somehow not recorded in my RWS account, but my order is recorded.

I bought the licenses when Trados was still under SDL.

Has anyone ever experienced the same issue?
