i just purchased a 2021 software and it is still non-functional. looking at p12 of the 78-page notes, the model doesn't how anything like what i see on my machine. also, the license list shows up as 2011,- 10 years out of date. i did get a 30-day starter veraion. i simply want to make sure that i have everything in order before trying to actually translate. i have not gotten any response.
