I am using Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus and want to upgrade to 2021 Freelance Plus.
However, when logging into my account, the 2019 license does not show up at all. And as a result, I cannot purchase the 2021 upgrade.
Please help.

This has also happened to me, my licenses only go up to 2014 and I currently own and use 2021
Please create a new thread. The system is automated and it's one case per thread. If you create you own I can convert it to a support case for you.
