I returned my Trados Studio 2021 license key yesterday before reformatting my computer. Now I'm reinstalling both Studio and MultiTerm and came to the website to retrieve the license key again - to my surprise, I couldn't find it ANYWHERE. I've been upgrading to the latest release constantly, but the last license available from my account is from 2014! What should I do?
This is because you have purchased a subscription licence and not a perpetual licence. Please follow the instructions here on how to activate your product:
Also pay attention to the fact you have two accounts, so you'll need to be sure to select the correct account for the activation to work. So if one doesn't work try the other ;-)

But I strongly believe I do have the perpetual license. I recall having used a looong license key just 15 days ago, when I reformat my computer for the first time (yesterday was the second reformatting process). Additionally, I'm not used to working online with Studio...
I logged in to Language Cloud Subscription using ID 7598 (the only one available). But under Help / Product Activation / Perpetual License, it still says that it's a trial version. It did not just two days ago.
I read that some other users also had the same issue; maybe it's a glitch in the website?

Yes, I also had the same thought. I have sent the details of all the affected users I noticed this evening to the appropriate teams so they can check on Monday. There was a major upgrade of the licensing system last week so it's definitely worth checking.
I'm afraid I can't do any more than this at the moment.
