Hi, this is very urgent.
I own a Trados Studio 2019 license and have also purchased a 2021 upgrade license. Note: I have not yet upgraded to v.2021, I am still using 2019.
I am moving my license from my laptop to my main computer. I deactivated 2019 on my laptop, and am attempting to reactivate 2019 on my mian computer. However my 2019 / 2021 license entitlements do not appear on my account and cannot activate my copy of 2019
Please can you assist.#
