Hi,
I have purchased order#637203. Trados Studio 2021 Freeleance license. on Feb. 2021
But now, all licenses are disappeared.
I have tried on activation window, select "Language Cloud" and logged in.
But there's only "Trados Live Essential Freelance" button.
I want to get back my license ASAP.
