I just upgraded my license from Trados Studio 2019 Freelance to Trados Studio 2021 Freelance a few days ago. I installed the new version but I cannot activate the license as there is no activation code anywhere on my account. I used to have activation codes for previous licenses but they are all gone now. I don't know why. Anyone please help.
