I have a new computer and I installed the new Studio 2021 for which I bought a licence 2 months ago. Therefor the old version (2019) is no more on my PC. How can I give back the old activation code and digit the new one, which, for now does not appear on my account when login-in. Thank you for your answer.

Please access your RWS account and simply process the upgrade as follows-
Your Studio 2021 licence code will then be available to use.
