I would like to move SDL Trados Studio Freelance Plus and Multiterm 2017 from my old computer to a new one including the translation memory,

You can download and install Studio and Multiterm on the new computer from your RWS account > Products & Plans > Downloads or from the following links:
Studio 2017: ftp://sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL_TP/Studio2017_CUs/Studio2017SR1_CU18.zip
Multiterm 2017: ftp://sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL_TP/MultiTerm2017_CUs/SDLMultiTermDesktop2017_SR1_55461.zip
Note: In order to activate Studio on the new computer you need to deactivate it from the current one from Studio > Help > Product Activation.
Regarding your Translation memory you need to copy it from the current computer to the new one like you copy any other files (e.g: using an USB stick).
