activation problems

Hi. I need some help.

Originally there was an issue, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times.

And then, I had to make another Windows 10 account to solve it.

I opened Trados Studio 2021 and it said that I need to enter an activation code.

I thought 'I'm logging in with another ID, so maybe that notice popped up' and I entered the code.

But it said I failed to verify it. I think it means "invalid product key" in English.

Anyway, So I tried to deactivate this, but it occurred an error. Tried reset and this one also had an error.

And it was like this:

An error has occurred

An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

Please try reloading / refreshing this page.

But no mail was sent. What should I do? Was it because I tried reinstalling so many times?
