I`ve reset the faulty activation so you can go go ahead and reactivate it. If you need to activate the license on the same computer follow the below steps: 

1. Close Studio.
2. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data
3. Rename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic.
4. Reactivate Studio.

Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.

I need to install SDL Trados 2019 on a new pc. So I must deactivate the license at the old one, but doesn.t work. Also resetting license doesn´t work. Because the old pc isnñt working very well I msut install 2019 at the new pc. What can I do.
