Hello,

I am trying to deactivate my licenses by pressing the "Deactivate" button, on "Help" - "Activation". When I do that, in both cases, I get the message: 

"Deactivation failed. Could not revoke this license. - Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded."

Before this, I have always activated and deactivated my licenses online by using this button.

My specific licenses for this case are two, but I have another twenty-something licenses to deactivate, as my company is upgrading from 2017 (Freelance & Professional) to 2021.

But as I mentioned, I still have more than 20 to deactivate in order to process for upgrading.
