You 2019 license is currently in use either on your device or on another device. If you have changed computers/hard disk recently you need to first deactivate or reset your license before you attempt activating. Otherwise the license will be seen by our system as already in use.

Ok, so now I just need to wait for the license to be reset? I haven't changed computer/hard disk, I just didn't use Studio for about a month.

I clicked the Reset License option in My account page, but I got an error message after that as well, saying: "An error occurred. An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error. Please try reloading / refreshing this page." I tried to reload the page, but the same message is shown.

Yes, I have submitted the case 00630998 and the licensing and installation team should help you with the license reset shortly. Please check your inbox for updates. Once it is reset, you can simply activate it on your PC.
