I have bought and downloaded Trados Studio Freelance 12 months subscription (order n°659871). My 1-year-subscription from last year was no longer valid, so I bought it again ; I downloaded the product, but impossibe to activate ! When I open Trados Live I have this message : Your subscription is blocked - Payment error. What can I do ? Thanky you for your help.

Please give it 1-2 hours for the order to complete in our system, then try activating again. Please let us know how it goes and if the problem persists, we will open a support case for you.
