I have previously downloaded trados studio 2021 professional, after my 1 year trial ended I have purchased freelance version 2021. I downloaded it and activated it everything was fine. 

I recently accepted a translation task, and my agency asked me to provide xbench report. I think it is a plugin for SDL Trados. I downloaded the plugin installer from sdl, but I could not install it, there is error message.  when I clicked on install, a small window saying "please wait while the windows configures SDL community Plugin installer" will pop up and disappear really quickly.

what should I do?
