Hello,

I have just upgraded to 2021  and  I consistently get an error message upon creating a project. I already had this message with 2019 installation.

Title of error message box: “Web Browser”
Caption: “Cannot find ‘file ...:/Users/Name/AppData/Local/Te... Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.”

Available option: “OK” only

Clicking “OK” gets me through it and does not impact he usual activities. But I do not want to keep this error message unknowing the potential cause and consequences.

I do not understand what kinf of file SDL TRADOS is trying to get under the folder AppData/Local/Temp (I suppose it is the one concerned by the error message, even if it can not be read entirely).

I have already tried to

- reinstall STUDIO as an administrator,

- repair STUDIO,

- rename folder in C:/Users/Name/AppData/Local/Roaming,

I do not use specific profile for project creation.
