can't access language cloud

I use Trados Studio 2021 Freelance purchased at the end of Sept 2020 (a bit more than a year ago). The SDL Language Cloud seems to stop working (I noticed that today but I have not been working for a week or so). It is enabled in the Project settings. However, I can't see flags there (I'm not sure if they were there previously):

It seems no lookup is performed (the lookup checkbox is checked) - the message I get is "No matches found or no lookup performed." I get no other error / warning message. I initially assumed my subscription has expired but when I visit Trados Live and check the "Account information" I can see the "Subscription expiry date" is 29 Sep 2022.

Is it a licence issue or technical issue? I haven't received any message regarding my licence expiration.
