I am changing my laptop and I tried to download SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus, but I cannot open the .exe file because the system do not recognise the name.
Can you help me to solve the problem?

Are you perhaps using a Mac? Is there any error you receive when trying to install?

No I am not using a Mac.
It says it is a network error. This is the number
