License stopped working

Hi! I'm having some problems with my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance. I was using it some months ago and it suddenly stopped working. I got a message telling me there was currently no license available. However, the license was considered to be in use in my account. I tried to deactivate the license and to activate it again, but it didn’t work. I always get a message asking me to activate the license when I try to start the program. However, it’s still considered to be in used in my account. In addition to this, the computer I was using has just broken down and I've had to buy a new one. Therefore, I need to deactivate the license on the old one and activate it on the new one. Could you please advise on how to get SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance working again on my new computer?
