Activation code not in my account

Hello,

I bought an upgrade last week, on the 09/27, from Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, and I tried to install it today.

There is no activation code for Studio 2021 in my account.

I read different documents and I found contradictory informations (or I did not understand well), should I deactivate Studio 2019 to see this activation code in my account or is this (the absence of the code) an error from RWS?

I would like to keep Studio 2019 on my computer along with Studio 2021, is it possible? That's where I found contradictory information.
