I solved the issue by clicking on 'available upgrades' in my account, then I got the activation code and I am still able to use Studio 2019 even if that licence does not appear anymore in my account...

The upgrade process means exchanging the old license (2019) with the new one (2021), so you're not ending up with several licenses, just one (2021). This is why you are seeing just one license!

Thank you for your reply. I understand, but I was afraid not to be able to use anymore Studio 2019 (I need it for some clients) along with Studio 2021, and it still works, but perhaps not for groupshare or other online tools, I did not try it. I'll see later.

The legacy version (2019) will continue to work on the same device with Studio 2021, as it will detect the activated license for Trados Studio 2021 and will keep its features as well.
