I'm trying to install Trados 2015 on my new laptop and get this error message:
Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD7022.tmp\VCRedist2005SP1-KB2538242\vcredist_x86.exe' has changed since it was initially published.
See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD7022.tmp\install.log' for more information.
Please help.

Thanks, Oana. Unfortunately, that didn't work. I downloaded .NET Framework and got a message that syas it is already installed in my computer. I still tired to install SDL again and it did't work.
Any other ideas?

Hi Oana, I have exactly the same problem as Maria, I have purchased an upgrade from Studio 2015 to Studio 2021 which I'm trying to install on a new computer. Installing directly Studio 2021 did not work (I have a licence key for SDL 2015 but no new one was provided when I purchased the upgrade to 2021) so I assume that Studio 2015 needs to be installed initially using the existing 2015 licence key. But when I try installing SDL 2015, I get exactly the same error message as Maria (vcredist_x86.exe has changed) , and same message about .NET Framework being already installed. I managed to sort it out by following the instructions from RWS support, i.e.:
Please try to install Studio 2015 manually: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
If it doesn`t work, try to download and install the component (Microsoft Visual C++) mentioned in the error message from here: downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/.../vcredist_x86.exe
Then run the Studio installer again.
