I am again facing this limit of 3 reset during the last 2 months and I am stuck with the old computer I want to use as a replacement.
Paul Patruno Support Case Id : 00632280. I’m wondering why you have this problem so often? Don’t you return your licence before you do something else with it? Limits like these only kick in if you keep activating the licence without deactivating from another computer where it was being used first. Alas, The laptop I bought in May got a bad battery and I got an advanced replacement, such I can image the defective one to the new one before returning it. In both of the old backup ans the new one, deactivation did not work.
Ah, I see. Bad luck all round. The licensing team will resolve this, possibly over the weekend, but if not then Monday.
