Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm wondering if you could help me with some words of wisdom. I bought SDL Trados Studio 2019 in February 2019 as part of a special ProZ offer, and I joined a group of buyers. The problem that I'm having now (2021) is that I didn't run Trados or activate the license back in 2019. I first ran the .exe file in July 2021, and now I'm getting the message (when I run Trados) that there are only five days left (please see below - this was in July 2021).
As it seems I was working on a trial period and now I cannot use Trados at all, which is absolutely frustrating.
When I purchased the product I got:
SDLTradosStudio_2019_badges WinRAR Zip archive and the .exe file but I have not received the activation code, which seems to be the core problem. Could you please help me with this or at least tell me who to turn to with this issue? I also checked my SDL Account - Licences - and there are no licences. I tried watching the video How to Licensing but it's no longer there or at least I cannot watch it.
