Hi RWS,
Since Covid, people are working from home, so we set up a VPN for the company.
Although we can ping the server name or its IP address.
Whenever we try to connect to server, it returns us to the start( license expired).
I tried the MTU size way and also open port.
Do you have other solutions?

is there a solution for that? It seems we have the same problem using the SDL Studio Version 2017.
If I try to contact the same license server with SDL Studio 2021 it works fine.
Every time we try to connect with SDL studio 2017 we get the following error:
