It would be good to know what operating system you are running.

There are a number of reasons why such an error may occur.-

For instance - incompatible operating systems, corrupted XML file/duplicated data/ permissions issues/termbase

If you could let me have the support ticket number, I can follow this up and check what out technician did and what was possibly advised.

It was clear that it wasn't easy to install trados at my HP Spectre 2020 4k and the representative of customer service tried many solutions and did a hard and great effort and time but finally many kinds of errors and this version almost doesn't work.

I have checked the support ticket and notice that a new install was needed, and also a workaround was applied due to the high definition screen.

Please take a look at the link I provided (above), that may help you with the system failure error.

Should issues persist, we can then ask one of the technicians to have another look at what might be the issue.
