License (Studio version 2017) is not showing in my account

Hello,

I am about to return to my freelance business after having been on parental leave for 1.5 years.

At the moment I am trying to deactivate the 2017 Studio license on my old laptop and to install SDL Trados Studio 2017 on my new laptop. However when logging into my account my license is not shown there - even after having deactivated my license on my old laptop. Also, the Download tab doesn't display any Studio versions to download. 

Could you please help with this issue? I am specifically looking for help concerning the installation of the 2017 version of Studio on my new laptop - how and where can I find the installation file?
