Hi, Steven thank you for your reply. I read the instruction from the link given and carried out the following step:
Deleted the Trados Studio and downloaded the updated version from my account, yet the same error occurred again.
As I cannot log in to the SDL Studio, I can’t reset the Window layout, and I don’t quite know how to Reset SDL Trados Studio to its factory settings, really need your help cos now I can’t initialize Trados.
