When I open the Trados Studio 2021 (freelance license), some unexpected message appears. As a result, I cannot open the project file.

Several types of error messages are shown on the screen. For example, 1. when I click on "Editor" then the error message "Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches" is shown on the screen. 2. Click on Home→Projects then "Failed to deactivate view 'Editor'" shown on the screen. 3. Same error message is shown on the screen when I click on the Files, Reports, and Translation memories.
