We have 5 TRADOS licences and we can't use them in the same time. It's very problematic as each time one of us has to close TRADOS so the other one can connect himself. Sometimes, it's like we only have 3 TRADOS licences which is impossible. Could you please call me ?

Please go on the licensing server > open Safenet License Manager (WlmAdmin) > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server > expand Allow TQA 2019 > expand Clients folder and send me a screenshot.
Here we can see what users are connected in real time and if there are available seats for the other users.
