Unable to revert back to uninstall latest update and revert back to 15.2.7.2849

Hi, 
 Hi, I made an update to Studio 2019, but that was a mistake on my part. To pursue collaboration with a client of mine, I must revert back to Studio 15.2.7.2849, since I may not access their TMs. I'm unable to uninstall Studio correctly through the control pannel. I get this window : . How can I uninstall and install correctly. I don't want to lose my license in the process.

 You can try to download and install Wise Program Uninstaller: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-program-uninstaller.html 
 With this program you can uninstall any faulty program easily. Then you can install Studio 15.2.7.2849.
