Unable to revert back to uninstall latest update and revert back to 15.2.7.2849

Hi, I made an update to Studio 2019, but that was a mistake on my part. To pursue collaboration with a client of mine, I must revert back to Studio 15.2.7.2849, since I may not access their TMs. I'm unable to uninstall Studio correctly through the control pannel. I get this window : Error message window from SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 stating 'Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer.' with an OK button.. How can I uninstall and install correctly. I don't want to lose my license in the process.
