Yesterday I could not open the software and I am fnally capable of doing so today but now I can't sign in to my account within Studio 2021. It takes a lot of time to load and then I receive the messasge "Can´t reach site" like if I didn't have internet connection. I already tried all steps cited in intallation repair https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395 but I am still unable to log in.
