Hi,
I install my "SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance" on my new computer,
while I try to activate it, my old product key is not working.
How to get my new product key?
My details are as below
You don't get a new product key when you move computers with the same licence. You use the same key. So, perhaps you didn't return it before moving in which case you need to force return it and reset it so you can use it again.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
