Double account

Hello,

I'm having great difficulty with Trados Studio 2019 and any possible upgrades I would like to purchase, as I seem to have a double account:

This account with username info@dobsvertaalbureau.nl (my current email address since long) and the account with username dobs.ellen@planet.nl - which is an email address that is non-existant since long. My licenses are now on the latter email address.

Would it please be possible to merge these two accounts into one account - on info@dobsvertaalbureau.nl - so I can access my full information?
