Hi,

As my computer crashed I lost all on my computer.

I purchased a new computer and tried to reinstall SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance.

As my old Activation key was not working I asked for help.

I got a suggestion to deactivate my licence through my profile.

I tried it but I could not do it.

Again I asked for help

I got a deactivation key

Unfortunately, the deactivation key also not working or I may don't know how to use it.

Can anyone help me step by step procedures for deactivating the current licence and get  a new one
