Can you help me desactive my license because my SSD crashed where Trados was installed.
I followed the steps to desactivate it off-line, but there is no option "Reset license" although I haven't use it in the last 1 year.

I`ve reset your license. Please note that the "Reset License" button is available only when both your activations are "In use".
