I can't sing in to sdl language cloud - Studio 2021 ("your sdl id is not linked to any sdl language cloud account")

I purchased a 2021 Studio Freelance Version and I successfully installed and activated trados. Despite this, I can't sing in to sdl language cloud. I keep receiving the message "your SDL ID is not linked to any SDL language cloud account".

I need a support case as all the other people having the same problem.
